My Own Experiences

I have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. This is why I became a professional Doula and am proud to serve women and families throughout the Hudson Valley Region.

Every woman deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and remind them that they can trust the strength of their bodies during this time. I’m here to provide unbiased information and emotional support.

​I am a mother of 5…. yes 5 children (19, 16, 16, 15 & 6). 3 of them, I gave birth to, the other 2 I have been blessed to raise with my husband of 12 years and are no less my children than the 3 I carried for 9 months. I have had 3 very different birth experiences. My 1st 2 (17 months apart) I had in my mid-20’s and my last daughter (the one my husband and I biologically share) at 35. Ever since I had my son at 26, I have been fascinated by the birth process. You can ask any parent about life changing experiences that they remember with the most detail, and 99% will say the birth of their child/children. This alone as driven me to be a Doula….. My goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process.
